A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn,
and a time to dance (Ecclesiastes 3:4)
The last few weeks have been challenging for my family. We have held three funerals during the last few weeks. The pandemic has altered so much about our lives, but it has caused us to draw closer to one another because of social distancing guidelines and the fear of the unknown.
Because we are a loving and praying family, we have found strength in our faith, the outpouring of love, support, prayers, food, calls, delicious cakes, text messages and posts on social media. This Remarkable demonstration of support is truly heartfelt, and for that I say thank you! Each service was unique to Uncle Noland, my cousin Dominique, and cousin Robert’s personality and the indelible marks they leave in our lives.
I have been reminded that we must live each day to the fullest, value each other, respect our differences, always forgive, never take time for granted, prepare to leave this earth, choose love in all situations, and always keep the faith.
Your Remarkable demonstration of support helped my family get through this season of bereavement.
May the Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you;
the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and
